Job Description:
- Understanding of Business / functional requirements from the clients through
series of interview, questionnaire, presentations etc.
- Quick learning & grasping skills are needed in order to have an understanding
of Travel Domain.
- Analyze the business / functional requirements & communicate effective business
solutions.
- Collaborate with the end user, to understand basic needs of business.
- Preparation of functional artifacts like BRD's / FSD's with business process
flows.
- Able to conduct functional feasibility study for new products & services.
- Able to analyze existing system & the proposed system to conduct Gap Analysis.
- Working with the company's quality assurance and product testing team to make
sure the tests adequately cover the requirements and to eliminate errors.
- Complete knowledge of SDLC is required in order to collaborate & communicate
with Development & Quality team during its phases.
- Able to analyze & report the key risk areas while documenting requirements
& during testing.
- Should be well versed in using Process Flow Diagram tools (Visio) & wireframes.
- Superior English skills (both Written & spoken) are required in order to translate
business requirements in an understandable format.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practice activities to
drive overall efficiency and business process alignment throughout the company.
- Able to understand technical artifacts & basic QA process

Technical Support - with RT software Knowledge

Knowledge & Experience:
- Knowledge of C++/.NET and SQL.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Testing Methodology and Black Box Testing is desirable.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering/Computer Applications.
- Certification in Computer stream.
- Academics should be greater than 55% throughout (Full Time).
Job Description:
- Understand the business/ functional requirements and technical specifications
of the application.
- Build and Execute Functional and Regression Test Cases and report Defects.
- Adhere to standards (Test Data libraries, Test cases, Test scripts and the
Testing process).
